13:5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A man met one of his close friends. He hit his friend\u2019s shoulder really hard and said \u201cIt\u2019s so good to see you.\u201d Instead of being happy to see him, the friend was offended by the physical contact. This was because the man was not acting with respect. People do not like it when someone is rude. Despite how close they are, people appreciate being treated with respect. Today\u2019s passage tells us that love is not rude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All personality and conscience, morality and ethics come from God. God created men and gave them conscience, morality and personality. People have conscience. They base their relationships on the conscience God gave them. When the conscience is broken, the fundamentals of a human breaks. People have personalities. They are different from other animals because they build their relationship on their personalities. People have morals. They base their relationship on morals and ethics. When morals and ethics are violated, the relationship breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A person\u2019s morals and ethics are developed through education and discipline. Family is of first importance. A person\u2019s personality, morals and ethics start from their family. Through the community of a family, people develop their personalities and morals. Thus, upbringing is very important. The moral education within a family can shape one\u2019s life. Parents must guide their children and be exemplary in their actions and speech. People judge the parents through the children. When a child commits a crime, sometimes the parents are also penalized. The parents also blame themselves. We cannot neglect upbringing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A person\u2019s morals and ethics are also developed through school education. School education has the biggest influence on a person\u2019s moral values. As a member of the society, school education is a required process. There is a direct connection to self, others, and society. Morals that are developed through education contribute to one\u2019s relationship with others and the society. Various societal issues have their root in lack of morals and conscience. Lack of morals causes various crimes and breaks up a relationship (e.g. marriage, family, friendship, neighborhood, couple, etc). When morals and conscience are destroyed, crimes spread and society falls into disorder. A society is maintained by the foundation of ethics and morals. When these break, the society becomes lawless and there is no longer any difference between men and animals. All kinds of unethical acts and sexual crimes bring down a person to the level of a beast that only knows how to follow their instinct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We like people who are respectful more than those who are rude. Love does not act uncivilized. Love does not act arrogantly. Love does not act without manners or standards. Love is not self-centered. Love shows the highest respect. We must treat church members, ministers, and others with respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A person\u2019s morals, ethics and conscience are made perfect by the Word of God. To become people of respect, we must make our relationship with God right. The Word of God contains God\u2019s personality, mind, conscience, and ethics. When we learn the Word of God as Christians, we develop conscience, personality and morals as God\u2019s people (2 Timothy 3:16-17). School education alone cannot make a person completely conscientious and moral before God. Biblical education is crucial in making them complete. The Bible gives us the best conscience and morals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Holy Spirit makes our mind, conscience, morals and personality supreme. The nine fruits of the Holy Spirit demonstrate those. When we live by the Holy Spirit, we bear the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control. There is no law against them. The life of the Holy Spirit is above the law of the world. This is the ethics and law of heaven. As citizens of heaven, we must live by the Holy Spirit. We must become the light and salt of the world. We must have a positive influence on the world and become useful and spoken well of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Above a man\u2019s ethics, conscience, and morals is God\u2019s ethics. That is righteousness, holiness, love, kindness, compassion, mercy and purity. The best of these ethics is love. There is no ethics greater than love. A person&#8217;s ethics, conscience and personality is made perfect in love. A person of love is made ethically perfect. This is because they are like the God of love. We must act in love. Love is not rude. When we love, we show the highest respect for others. Our speech and actions must not be rude.
